That's the whole reason I asked HowardC to create the tool because I can't be certain that everyone has the same mods that I do so it didn't make sense to keep creating a bunch of different ones when the tool is all u need. Yeah I used to make Skin mods but I don't have the time to make a bunch of different versions for the same Mod. You made the snow kat skin in your avatar didnt you? Would it be an easy task? I also tried with dlc manager and the game would just crash when i went to the select screen. Yes i tried that would not work for me other dlc characters on this site like frost and what not wont work either skins and the boss mod i have no trouble with. Well i tried everything to make this work as a dlc character and it just does not work, so it would be really awesome if you could do a skin version it would be much more simple. Can you please make a skin version of this so i dont have to replace my ini files all the time, i have to use the 30 fps ini since im on a lower end pc.
